Club members please pick up your brass and put
in the marked bins, not in trash bins.
Pick up your trash and place in the large cans. Keep the shooting areas neat and
clean.

Range Rules
THESE RULES MUST BE ADHERED TO AT ALL
TIMES
A VIOLATION MAY MEAN REVOCATION OF
MEMBERSHIP!!
1) All Members and their guests are required
to sign in and out of
the Range and carry their membership
card. (Members are only
allowed 2 guests at a time).
2) Only paper targets are to be used on the
rifle and pistol range.
3) All targets will be placed in the center of
the Club provided frames.
4) When not in use, all guns will be unloaded
with the actions open
and placed in a case or in the gun rack.
5) Junior members, between the ages of 12 and
17, must be under
the direct supervision of an adult club
member or guardian.
6) Any menber or guest found using the range
while under the
influence of any intoxicating substance
will be asked to leave
Club property.
7) Specialty targets will only be used at
sceduled events under the
supervision of a Range Officer or his
substitute.
8) Eye and ear protection is required at all
times while shooting or
attending any shooting event.
9) Enforcement of Club rules is the
responsibility of the Range
Officer, his assistants, and Club
Officers.
10) Failure to follow these rules or the
direction of a Range Officer
may result in suspension or revocation of
membership.
There is a Sign-In Book on
the Range.
Everyone using the range MUST sign
in and out!
It means mandatory expulsion from the
Club if you don't!!

ARCHERY RANGE RULES
1) All members and guests are required to sign
in and out of the archery range
and carry their membership card. (Members
are only allowed 2 guests at a
time).
2) No more than 2 shooters on the elevated
platform at any time.
3) No cross lane target shooting.
4) Field points only, unless otherwise
designated.
5) Prior to going down range to gather your
arrows, lower the orange safety
flags.
6) No shooting forward of the firing line.
7) Children under age 17 must be under the
direct supervision of a club
3D ARCHERY RANGE RULE
ADDITIONS
1) No broad heads.
2) No wandering Down Range looking for arrows
- stay within 4 to 5 yards
from all sides of the targets.
3) No more than 2 shooters on the elevated
platform at any time.
Archery Shed Combination is
the same
as Entry Gate
Combination!
ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES WILL BE ASKED
TO LEAVE THE RANGE FOR OTHERS' SAFETY!

1 0 C O M M A N D M E N T S O F S A F E T Y
1. Treat every gun with the respect due a loaded gun.
2. Watch that muzzle ! Be able to control the direction of the muzzle even if
you
stumble.
3. Be sure of your target and beyond before you pull the trigger. Know
identifying
features of the game you hunt.
4. Be sure that the barrel and action are clear of obstructions and that you
have
only ammunition of the proper size for the gun you are carrying.
5. Unload guns when not in use. Take down or have actions open. Guns should be
carried in cases to the shooting area.
6. Never point a gun at anything you do not want to shoot. Avoid all horseplay
with
a firearm.
7. Never climb a fence or tree or jump a ditch with a loaded gun. Never pull a
gun
towards you by the muzzle.
8. Never shoot a bullet at a flat or hard surface of water. At target practice,
be sure
your backstop is adequate.
9. Store guns and ammunition separately beyond the reach of children and
careless adults.
10. Avoid alcoholic beverages and other mood altering drugs before and during
shooting.
